kaafi dino baad gaon jaane par

mera gaon chhota ho gaya hai,
tukron me banta hua sa,
kisi ne samuhik bageeche ka
apna hissa khod diya hai,
bachche ab waha cricket nahi khelte,
school ke chaaro taraf ek deewar ban gayi hai,
jiske upar taar lagi huyi hai.
kuch logon ne ghar ke saamne baad laga di hai,
aur ab,phool deewaron ke peeche khilte hain,
unke bachche bhi wahin rehte hain,
baad ke peeche.

amraai badi veeran si lagti hai,
wahan ab bachche tikole nahi churate,
bade log baithte hain,
taash ki pattiyan aur rupaye liye
sharbat ki jagah diet pepsi chalti hai,
rum ke saath.

main dekhta hoon,baag se
dhakiyaye gaye ladkon ko dhoop me
cricket khelte huye,
aur ek-a-ek dil karta hai,
kahin bhaag jaoon,
aur kabhi waapas na aaoon.
we bachche mujhe kehte hain,
gaon ke ghar bade ho gaye hain,
aur aadmi chhote.

P.S: Rings of Smoke will live. There will be another blog,of which you will be informed (stealing Varali’s Solution).i will someday post a translation, and in indic script.but not today.for now,ROS is up and running again,and that is enuf.tomorrow,i leave for mumbai to join my job.wish me luck,people.
