we just had the 18th jrd tata ethics oration.speaker was anil kakodkar, chairman of the DAE. impressive presentation into the realities of india’s nuclear energy capabilities and energy problems foreseen and solutions, and about thorium based reactors.

ethics class at 2 30PM. so discussion after 1 30 class ends goes like this:
G1 (for guy 1): aaj ethics ka kuch karna tha kya?
g2:pata nahi yaar…
g3:aaj movie dikhayega kya? (prof has threatened to show us pseud documentaries like “an inconvenient truth” and “enron:smartest guys in the room”

early morning thoughts

another morning of another sleepless night.today,dadu did not even have coffee ready by now.sometimes i think why the hell do i go to that shop?i guess them being close is the only reason.and of course,the fact that the cafeteria guys serve a dirty brown looking watery insipid brew they call coffee,helps.
